We are excited to announce three new services that our customers requested in the past, and now they will become a reality starting in the new year.
Premium customer support, custom design templates, and dedicated IPs are separate services that you can add to your plan for a small additional cost. Because they are new services, both current and new customers will have to purchase these services if they want them.

We are already well-known for our excellent customer support and that will never change. We will offer dedicated personnel to help you 24/7, which means you’ll get priority support without queuing in line.
2. Custom design templates
Our in-house design team can help create custom templates built specifically for you. We can help you design content blocks, content automation and anything else you will need to deliver newsletters that represent your brand 100%.
