The CME Submission deadline for those CAAs on an even-year cycle is rapidly approaching - only 3 weeks away. As of this date, some CAAs have yet to complete submission for the 2018-2020 cycle. To determine if you are part of this group, please log into your account on NCCAA’s new website at nccaa.org to view the CME due date located on the left sidebar. If the date displayed is June 1, 2020, you are on an even-year cycle, with CME Submission due prior to that date. If the CME due date shows anything other than June 1, 2020, this message is not applicable.
The expiration date displayed on your certificate relates to sucessfully meeting both the CME Submission deadline and passing the CDQ exam within the required timeframes. Once you complete CME Submission for the current cycle, your certificate will automatically display a new expiration date and will be immediately available within your account on the website, as well as via the search option on the homepage of the website at nccaa.org for retrieval by credentialing individuals. Additionally, once your CME Submission is complete, there will be two proofs of submission within your account: 1) Your receipt can be found by clicking on "CME Activity", scrolling to the bottom and selecting "View Receipt", or 2) The expiration date on your certificate will be extended out by two years.
Presently, the website is not optimized for phone devices; rather, it is better to complete CME Submission via a desktop or laptop computer. Any issues during the CME Submission process should be reported to email@example.com.
