The multimedia artist, Cibelle Cavalli Bastos, commissioned and invited by Agora Collective in the frame of the CAPP Programme performs at Kunsthalle Osnabrück the performance installation [{"CIBELLE"(CAVALLI}BASTOS)] unlearn/unbind/unknow #lifeloop #aevtarperform.. The performance operates like an intuitive sound collage of  past and present selves residues in random sound bites and spoken word that melt and merge painting an extracted metaphysical landscape of the underlying unspoken.

Cibelle Cavalli Bastos has a conceptual and interdisciplinary practice including performance, sound art, sculpture, video, painting and installation. Cibelle Cavalli Bastos´ work deals with deconstruction and formation of identities and ways our multi-selves interact with each other and our surroundings. The artist has released four music albuns and has performed and presented work in Museo Reina Sofia (Madrid), Miami Art Basel, 31st São Paulo Bienal among others. The artist will be part of the Post-Cyber Feminist Week at ICA London holding lectures and performing. Join us for this special yoga class with Zoja Smutny, artist, choreographer, reiki healer and yoga instructor who spends her time making, performing, and teaching between Toronto, Montreal, L.A., and Berlin.

Zoja will begin with a meditation focused on listening and receiving information, guiding participants through the difference between listening to the body and listening to the mind/ego. Participants will then flow through sun salutations, lounges, balancing series, heart openers, hip openers, and back bends, with a particular focus on how to use the breath to transition from one posture to the next with greater awareness.

Participants will then be challenged to listen to their body and see what it needs from them, followed by time for you to create your own unique and deeply personal flow according to what your body is saying. Zoja encourages you to find your own rhythm of breathing and working in a way that is right for yourself in a safe and supportive environment.
Each day the class will end with a Yoga Nidra session.
