What you may have missed on The View From Great Island

Hi friends!

There's been a definite romantic vibe going the past couple weeks at tvfgi, could you tell? Even though my husband and I don't do too much for Valentine's Day, we do go out to a nice restaurant ~ but we go a night or two before the 14th to avoid the stampede…pretty smart, huh?
The big news here is that I finally got an Instant Pot and I’m completely blown away by it. I made a 6 minute lobster risotto (check the blog Monday) that was so amazing, and I’ve made 3 other risottos since that epic recipe…6 minutesssssss!
