Running a one day flash sale? What’s the fun when no one knows about it? A mystery sale pop-up lets all your website visitors know they need to hurry!
To use the mystery sale pop-up, go to Forms and then Promotions. Create a new promotion and give it a name. Then select the very first pop-up, which is the mystery sale one.
On the right side, you’ll see the edit panel. You can choose between 3 different form types. Place your pop-up in the middle of the page, on the right or left side, or create a bar on the bottom or top. From there you can start designing the pop-up.

You can easily change each element by clicking on it. If you want to change the button, make sure to click on the little edit icon on the right. Once you do, you’ll see the edit settings on the right side appear. For the button you have two options: either redirect visitors to a page or close the pop-up. Check the Count as conversion checkmark if you want to count the clicks in your stats.
Once you’re done styling your mystery sale pop-up, click Next. Now you can define how the pop-up has to be shown.
You can choose between:
Apart from the pop-up mode, you can also choose the Frequency. If you set it to 1 month, this means that a visitor will see it the first time entering a page, but then it will only see it again after 1 month.
Under Schedule, you can choose to show the pop-up from the moment you activate it or schedule it to be shown during a certain timeframe.
Now you can define the Visibility settings. Show the pop-up on all pages, specific pages or exclude pages. You can also choose to hide it on desktop, mobile or tablets.
In the last step, you will see the overview and are able to activate the pop-up. The Stats tab will start filling up as soon as your pop-up is up and running and people engage with your mystery sale announcement.
