Starting February 15th, 2022, MailerLite is required to apply VAT (IVA) to payments from Chile.

You don’t need to take any action regarding these changes. The tax will automatically be added to your MailerLite invoices.

If you are a Chilean taxpayer as defined in the Title II of LIVS, then you are responsible for paying the applicable VAT. If you are exempt and wish to avoid MailerLite charging and reporting VAT on your behalf, then please email us your RUT certificate via taxes@mailerlite.com.

Note: For those who need it for local tax purposes, the MailerLite Inc. RUT is 59310890-2.
