MailerLite accounts integrated with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or PrestaShop can use this template to add your customers to a specific group after buying a particular product. You can also send them a feedback email encouraging them to share comments about your product.
This workflow template uses an e-commerce trigger. E-commerce triggers are exclusively available on accounts that are integrated with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or PrestaShop.
Go to the Automation page and click New automation
Select the Abandoned cart template
Select a shop for the Purchases specific product e-commerce trigger and then choose the specific product
Click the Action step and select a group (e.g. White Cap) for the Copy to group action
Then click the next Email step to design a thank you email
Use the following Email step to ask for feedback about the product
Below you’ll see a Condition step set to Workflow activity, Email #2, had a specific link clicked
On the Yes path, add an Email step to send thanks for any feedback shared (you can leave the No path blank)
Click the next Action and set it to update a custom field (e.g. feedback shared) with the value: Yes
Save the step and turn ON your workflow
