Welcome email workflow
Use this workflow to welcome new subscribers. It is easy to set up and super engaging! When a subscriber joins your email list, they’ll automatically receive a warm welcome email. It’s the perfect way to start your relationship off right.
Setup
This automation workflow is triggered when a subscriber joins a group. Subscribers can join the group by completing a signup form or you can manually add them to the group on the Subscribers pag.
How do I use this template?
Go to the Automation page and click New automation
Select the Simple welcome email template
Select or create a group to trigger the workflow*
Click the Email step and input a subject line for your email
Click on Design email button
Design your welcome email from scratch or select a template from the template gallery
Save the email step and turn ON your workflow
*Note: You could also modify this template and use the trigger When a subscriber completes a form.
This is just one great example of how you can use this template. You can edit this template as much as you want to make it work for you. The sky is the limit!
