The Unsubscribe page is the page subscribers are redirected to when they click the unsubscribe button in one of your campaigns.
Click Unsubscribe settings on the dropdown menu located in the top-right corner.
Click Edit on the top corner of your Unsubscribe form. This will open your unsubscribe form editor.
Click any text on the Unsubscribe form to edit it in the sidebar.
Click the Confirmation page button to edit what your subscribers see after they unsubscribe.
Allow your subscribers to opt-out or opt-in to your groups, instead of unsubscribing completely, by adding the option to your unsubscribe form.
To do this, check the box labeled Let subscribers update their preferences.
This displays your groups on the unsubscribe form. The group the subscriber checks are the groups they want to stay subscribed to.
If they check the box belonging to a group they are not subscribed to, they are opting into that group and will be added.
If you do not want subscribers to opt-in to different groups on the unsubscribe form:
Click on the Group in the unsubscribe form.
In the sidebar, check the box marked Show this group only if user is already subscribed.
You can add images to the body or header of your Unsubscribe page and Confirmation page.
Click the Design tab in the sidebar.
Click the design bubble of the Body or Header to edit the design settings of that section.
Click the blank image icon to open your file manager and select the image of your choice.
When you create a campaign, you are prompted to select the language of that newsletter.
When a subscriber clicks the unsubscribe button in the footer of this campaign, they’ll see an unsubscribe form in the language selected for that campaign.
By default, unsubscribe forms are in English. Once you have created a campaign in a different language, you can change the default language on your Unsubscribe page.
