We’re seeking  a Data Engineer to join our Data Team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing  ETL processes, building new data pipelines, and working on our Data Warehouse and Data Lake projects.

What you will work on

  • Use Python to transform, process, and integrate data

  • Optimize performance across big data workflows

  • Work on AI experiments and implementation

  • Handle vast amounts of data in multiple databases

What we expect from you

  • Strong knowledge of Python and SQL

  • Familiarity with data warehouses and performance optimization techniques

  • Experience experimenting with AI/LLMs models

  • Basic Docker knowledge

  • Good communication skills

  • Based in EMEA or Asia


Nice to have/bonus skills:

  • Familiarity with AirFlow, AirByte, dbt 

  • Familiarity with Google Colab, Jupyter Notebooks 

  • Knowledge of Data Late principles

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform

  • Yearly gross salary: $50,000-$85,000

Hi, I’m Piotr. I’ve been working at MailerLite for the past 1.5 years, currently leading the Data Team. My focus is on building reliable data solutions and helping the company make data-driven decisions. Outside of work, I’m a proud dad of three and enjoy spending quality time with my family. I also love playing board games.
