Resizing images

In this video tutorial, we will show you how to resize and change the resolution of your images using our drag and drop editors.

For this example, we will resize the image of an existing email campaign.

First, go to your Campaigns tab, find the campaign you'd like to adjust and click on Content. This will take you to your Editor.

Once there, click the image block to access Image properties.

You can adjust your image using either the Settings or Content tabs.

Using the Settings tab:

If you want to change the resolution of your image, you have 3 available width options here:

  • Edge to edge

  • Default

  • Custom

Note: At MailerLite, we made sure that all your images look good in most email clients. This is why your image width in Custom mode cannot be greater than 560 pixels.

Using the Content tab:

Click the image and then the Edit Image button. The image editor will open in a new window.

  1. Click on the top left corner button called Transform.

  2. Then, go to the bottom and check the box next to Lock resolution. You will be able to adjust your image resolution here.

  3. Click on the Blue button located at the bottom of your image.

  4. Click Save to save your changes.

This will take you back to your Main Editor. Once there, just wait a little bit until you see your image successfully updated in your campaign.

When it's done, click Save to save all these changes in your campaign.

And there you have it!
