Email Deliverability Manager

Job description

We are looking for experienced Email Deliverability Manager with strategic thinking skills.

The Email Deliverability Manager will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives surrounding all things email deliverability. Moreover, the person will work on IPs/domains reputation issues, monitoring inbox placement, reviewing senders and acting on any issues that arise.

Finally, the person will work closely with development team to build deliverability tools and will keep customer support team updated in case of deliverability issues.

  • Introduce and implement deliverability strategies, technologies and processes to improve deliverability performance.
  • Monitor delivery metrics and create plans to improve inbox placement and IP/Domain reputation.
  • Investigate, diagnose and remediate email deliverability issues by working with internal teams, ISPs, email blacklists and anti-spam technology providers.
  • Manage relationships with ISPs including whitelisting and feedback loop programs.
  • Work closely with development team to build out deliverability tools and reports.
  • Keep customer support team updated in case of any deliverability issues.
  • Represent MailerLite at email deliverability industry events.


  • At least 2 years experience in information technology or marketing analytics.
  • Knowledge of the major ISPs/providers, email marketing, anti-spam technologies
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-organized.
  • Eager to learn and grow.
  • English: fluent.
