We’re on the hunt for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who’s equal parts strategic thinker, data lover and compelling storyteller. You’ll take ownership of our lifecycle comms from onboarding flows and transactional emails to upsells and win-backs, across a diverse customer base. Manage the development and execution of our lifecycle campaigns from start to finish, aimed at improving key metrics like activation, conversion, and retention
Design, build, and optimize automated email journeys, including onboarding sequences, feature announcements, win-back campaigns, and critical transactional emails
Manage and maintain our email lists through strategic segmentation and best practices to ensure good deliverability and relevance
Write clear, engaging copy that reflects our brand voice and drives action
Proactively run A/B tests and experiments on everything from subject lines and CTAs to send times and personalization to consistently improve performance
Regularly dig into campaign and user data, reporting clearly on performance, insights, and concrete next steps for optimization
Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure messaging is aligned and the customer experience is consistent across touchpoints
3+ years of experience in lifecycle/email marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment
Strong proficiency with modern email marketing platforms is essential. Direct experience with MailerLite is a plus
Skilled in crafting effective automated journeys and managing the logic and content of transactional emails
You have excellent copywriting skills with a sharp eye for tone, narrative, and brand voice
You are confident working with data to analyze campaign performance and inform your decisions, using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, and PostHog
You have a solid understanding of customer segmentation, user behavior, and what drives engagement
You have strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
As a self-starter, you work effectively and manage your time well in our async-friendly, remote environment
You have excellent written and spoken English skills
4 hour overlap required with CET time zone
Yearly gross salary range: $35,000 - $45,000
