We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture Team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in overseeing various organizational tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing general support to our team. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and processes, manage company swag, and co-organize and coordinate the company’s retreats. What you will work on

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of benefits, leaves of absence and other People processes.

  • Assist in the development and execution of People procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of the People Team.

  • Provide general support to colleagues in the area of people operations

  • Coordination and arrangements of business trips (workation trips)

  • Take care of Vilnius Office and organize local events for Lithuanian/visiting colleagues

What we expect from you

  • You have 2+ years of experience in an Administrative Role

  • You live in Vilnius or near by. This is a hybrid role which requires physical presence in our Vilnius Office regularly (2-3 times/week).

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English & Lithuanian

  • Passion & talent for organizational work

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • A self-motivated attitude, ability to work alone

  • Accountability - you take ownership of all tasks and projects you work on

  • Adaptability - you adapt and thrive in continuously changing environment

  • Positive Attitude, can-do attitude

Beneficial experience

  • Understanding of Lithuanian Labour Law & Accounting

  • Experience organizing group trips (workations or leisure) or extensive personal travel experience

  • Experience in organising events

  • Experience in managing office

  • Remote work experience

  • Yearly gross salary: $32,400/year
