How to get a notification when someone joins your email list or group

Want to know the exact moment a subscriber joins your list or a specific group? Enable email notifications to get alerts.

1. On the left sidebar, click Settings.

2. Select Email notifications from the left sidebar.

On the Subscriber notifications tab, you can enter the email address(es) to which you’d like to receive the subscribe notifications, unsubscribe notifications and/or a daily summary.

You can choose up to 10 unique email addresses to receive notifications.

If you’re running a time-sensitive promotion, or you’re collecting last-minute subscribers into a webinar group; you may only want to receive notifications when a subscriber joins a specific group.

To do this:

1. Navigate to the Email notifications page after clicking Settings on the left sidebar.

2. Under the Send subscribe notifications to field, find the text Send the notifications when the subscribers join: any group and click Change.

1. Select Specific group(s) and check which groups for which you’d like to receive notifications.

To stop receiving email notifications, simply remove the email address(es) from the email fields, leave them blank and click Save.
