We are looking for Human Resources Specialist to help us grow the team and ensure that company culture continues to align with our values.

Main Responsibilities

  • Attract and recruit top talent to join the growing MailerLite team.
  • Manage job postings.
  • Communicate with the candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, test assignments.
  • On-board new hires.
  • Collect team feedback and feel the pulse of the company.
  • Boost team performance by introducing new processes and tools.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records.
  • Manage global payroll.
  • Develop learning opportunities and programs for our team.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of team events and workations.


  • At least 2 years of experience working in HR.
  • Experience working with remote team members.
  • Passion for talent acquisition.
  • Experience supporting team members through all aspects of employment (onboarding, coaching others, brainstorming solutions, managing performance improvement plans).
  • An ability to see opportunities to make the work environment better.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Understanding of fast-scaling SaaS businesses.
