MailerLite accounts integrated with any e-commerce store can use this template to reward repeat customers with a discount, special offer, or a thank you. It triggers every time a customer reaches a set number of completed orders, for example, every 3rd order (3, 6, 9, 12, and so on), until a set limit is reached, if one is configured.
This workflow template uses an e-commerce trigger. E-commerce triggers are exclusively available on accounts that are integrated with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, or PrestaShop.
Go to the Automation page and click New automation
Select the Reward repeat customers template
Select a shop for the Purchase frequency e-commerce trigger and then choose the specific product
Set a time delay to Trigger automation in, for example, in 2 hours
Then set the number of the order for which this automation should trigger, for example, Trigger every 3rd or 5th order. You also have the option to select an Order cap when the automation stops triggering after the cap
Then click the next Email step to design the email you'd like to send
Add a Time delay step (e.g. 3 days)
Below you’ll see a Condition step set to Workflow activity, Reward email was opened
On the Yes path, click the Action step Move to groups (e.g. Loyal Buyers)
On the No path, you can send the reward email once again
Save the step and turn on Activate to start your workflow
