MailerLite joins Vercom to offer customers omnichannel communications

MailerLite is taking a giant step toward reaching its goal of providing powerful yet intuitive communications tools that help businesses strengthen customer relationships and grow online.

Vercom, one of Europe’s leading providers in omnichannel communication platforms, announced its merger with MailerLite, MailerSend and MailerCheck earlier this week. 

Together, MailerLite and Vercom will be able to deliver new features fast that enable businesses to stay connected with customers across all types of communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and chat. We have already added an SMS communication feature to our roadmap and MailerLite customers will be able to enjoy the functionality this year.

The $90MM+ merger is one of the largest in Europe this year and will give MailerLite and Vercom a more global footprint to work towards our joint vision of building a TOP 5 CPaaS (Communication Platform-as-a-Service) global company together.
