These Black Friday & Cyber Monday Campaign Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in MailerLite’s Black Friday & Cyber Monday Campaign, which offers a 25% discount on an annual plan for both existing and new customers of New MailerLite (“Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1. To be eligible for this Campaign, claimants must be registered customers of New MailerLite, either on a free plan or an active paid plan during the Campaign period (“Claimant”). Details of accounts and subscription plans excluded from this Campaign can be found in Clause 4.2 of these Terms.
1.2. Participation in the Campaign is open to Claimants worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by national or local law.
2.1. The Campaign begins at 14:00 UTC on November 18, 2025, and ends at 14:00 UTC on December 16, 2025 (“Campaign Period”). MailerLite reserves the right to extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.
3.1. During the Campaign Period, eligible Claimants will receive a 25% discount applied to an annual plan. If the Claimant already has an active annual subscription plan at MailerLite, the Campaign is applied only to a manually upgraded annual subscription plan. This discount is valid for one year after the invoice is paid and will apply to all upgrades made during this time.
3.2. The discount is valid for annual plans only and cannot be combined with any other discounts, including but not limited to non-profit discounts or pre-existing annual discounts. By participating in the Campaign, the Claimant acknowledges and agrees that any and all previously held discounts will be automatically revoked and will no longer be available for use on future renewals or purchases.
3.3. Plan upgrades from ongoing “Yearly Growing Business” to “Yearly Growing Business” or from ongoing “Yearly Advanced” to “Yearly Advanced” are eligible to claim the Campaign only if the Claimant chooses a plan for a higher subscriber count. Such upgrades must be performed manually by the Claimant.
3.4. If the Claimant’s yearly plan is due to renew during the Campaign Period, the Claimant shall cancel the renewal of the ongoing subscription and purchase a new yearly Growing Business or Advanced plan to claim the discount.
3.5. By claiming the discount, the billing cycle is reset, and the Claimant’s plan renews for a new 12-month term. The expiration date of the new yearly plan is adjusted based on the newly purchased date. MailerLite calculates the unused time/money from the current monthly or annual plan and subtracts it from the price of the new annual plan under the Campaign.
4.1. MailerLite reserves the right to apply exceptions to this Campaign at its sole discretion.
4.2. The Campaign is not available to MailerLite Classic plans, users using Shopify as a payment provider, terminated, disapproved, suspended accounts or the accounts on investigation, the same annual plans, automatically renewed existing annual plans, downgraded annual plans, any individuals associated with MailerLite, including employees, service providers, agents, representatives of MailerLite, or where participation is prohibited or restricted by national or local law.
4.3. Additional exclusions may be determined by MailerLite based on specific checkout behaviors, payment methods, or other circumstances where the Campaign cannot be applied.
5.1. MailerLite reserves the right to terminate or modify the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.
5.2. In the event of a violation of MailerLite’s Terms of Service which can be found here, MailerLite reserves the right to terminate services without any refund.
5.3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any instructions or interpretation of these Terms regarding the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.
5.4. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of the jurisdiction applicable to the MailerLite entity responsible for providing services in the Claimant’s billing address country.
By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and any modifications or updates provided by MailerLite.
