These GOLITE50 Sale Terms (hereinafter, “Terms”) govern participation in MailerLite’s 50% OFF Sale (hereinafter, “Sale”). The Sale offers a 50% discount for monthly Comfort and Power plans for new MailerLite services applicable to new or existing new MailerLite customers on the free plan (hereinafter, “Discount”). By participating in the Sale, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. To be eligible to participate in this Sale, claimants must be new or existing customers on the new MailerLite free plan (hereinafter, “Customers”), and must comply with MailerLite’s Terms of Service and Terms of Use.
1.2. Customers who were previously on a paid plan but switched to the free plan before the start of the Sale are eligible to claim the Discount. However, Customers who were previously on a paid plan and switched to a free plan during the Sale due to an expired or cancelled paid plan are not eligible to claim the Discount.
1.3. The Sale is open to Customers worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by national or local law.
2. SALE PERIOD
2.1. The Sale begins at 2:00 PM UTC on August 25, 2026, and ends at 2:00 PM UTC on September 24, 2026 (hereinafter, the “Sale Period”). The Sale Period can be extended at the sole discretion of MailerLite.
3. DISCOUNT DETAILS
3.1. During the Sale Period, eligible Customers will receive the Discount on their new MailerLite Comfort and Power subscription plans. The Discount will be applied to the Customer's monthly subscription plan for one (1) month, beginning on the date of the initial purchase. During the Sale Period, the Customer will receive the Discount on all charges, including any upgrades or changes to the plan.
3.2. For the Discount to be successfully applied, at the time of checkout, the Customer shall manually enter coupon code GOLITE50.
3.3. The Discount cannot be:
3.3.1. Combined with any other discounts, promotions, or referral credits; or Legacy (Classic) MailerLite pricing;
3.3.2. Used for plan renewals, downgrades, or Legacy (Classic) MailerLite subscription plans;
3.3.3. Refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or account credit.
3.4. The Discount is limited to 1 (one) use per account.
4. EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
4.1. MailerLite reserves the right to apply exceptions to this Sale at its own discretion.
4.2. The Sale is not available to the following:
MailerLite users on Legacy (Classic) plans;
Users who installed the MailerLite Shopify app through the Shopify App Store;
Any individuals associated with MailerLite, including employees, service providers, agents, and representatives;
Any paying accounts;
Terminated, disapproved, suspended, and under investigation accounts;
Anyone for whom participation is prohibited or restricted by national or local law.
4.3. Additional exclusions may be determined by MailerLite based on specific checkout behaviors, payment methods, or other circumstances where the Sale cannot be applied.
5. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
5.1. MailerLite reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sale at any time at its sole discretion.
5.2. In the event of a violation of MailerLite’s Terms of Service and/or Terms of Use, MailerLite reserves the right to terminate MailerLite’s services without any refund.
5.3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any instructions or interpretations of these Terms regarding the Sale, these Terms shall prevail.
5.4. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of the jurisdiction applicable to the MailerLite entity responsible for providing services in the Customer’s billing address country.
