These Hot Days de MailerLite 2026 Sale Terms (hereinafter, “Terms”) govern the participation in MailerLite’s Hot Days de MailerLite 2026 Sale (hereinafter, “Sale”). The Sale offers a 25% discount for monthly and annual Growing Business and Advanced plans for new MailerLite services (hereinafter, “Discount”) applicable to the customers on a free subscription plan that are based in Mexico. By participating in the Sale, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1. To be eligible to participate in this Sale, claimants must be new or existing customers on the new MailerLite’s free plan with their legal establishment and verified billing address in Mexico (“Customers”) and must comply with MailerLite’s Terms of Service and Terms of Use.
1.2. For the avoidance of doubt, please note that all Customers who already had any paid MailerLite subscriptions before the Sale, or purchased an Enterprise subscription regardless of the purchase time, are not eligible for the Discount.
2.1. The Sale begins at 00:00 Mexico City time (06:00 UTC) on May 25, 2026, and ends at 23:59 Mexico City time on June 2, 2026 (June 3, 05:59 UTC) (hereinafter, the “Sale Period”). The Sale Period can be extended or reduced at the sole discretion of MailerLite.
2.2. The Discount does not apply to any of the purchases made outside of the Sale Period.
3.1. During the Sale Period, eligible Customers will receive the Discount on their new MailerLite Growing Business and Advanced subscription plans, applied as follows:
3.1.1. For monthly subscription plans: 25% discount will be applied to the Customer's monthly Growing or Advanced subscription plan for each of the first 12 (twelve) consecutive subscription months, beginning on the date of the initial purchase;
3.1.2. For annual subscription plans: 25% discount will be applied to the total annual Growing Business or Advanced subscription plan at the time of the initial purchase date.
3.2. For the Discount to be successfully applied, at the time of checkout, the Customer shall manually enter an applicable coupon code. The exact coupon code will be disclosed to the Customer via MailerLite’s authorized communication or marketing channels.
3.3. The Discount cannot:
3.3.1. Be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or referral credits; or Legacy (Classic) MailerLite pricing;
3.3.2. Used for plan renewals, or downgrades or Legacy (Classic) MailerLite subscription plans;
3.3.3. Be refunded, transferred, exchanged for cash or account credit.
3.4. The Discount is limited to 1 (one) use per account.
4.1. MailerLite reserves the right to apply exceptions and/or exclusions to this Sale and/or add additional exclusions at its own discretion.
4.2.The Sale is not available to the following:
MailerLite users on Legacy (Classic) MailerLite plans;
Enterprise subscription plans;
Any individuals associated with MailerLite, including employees, service providers, agents, and representatives;
Any existing paid Customers, who purchased a plan before the Sale Period;
Any customers established outside of Mexico;
Users who installed the MailerLite Shopify app through the Shopify App Store;
Anyone for whom participation is prohibited or restricted by national or local law.
5.1. MailerLite reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sale at any time at its sole discretion.
5.2. In the event of a violation of MailerLite’s Terms of Service and/or Terms of Use, MailerLite reserves the right to terminate MailerLite’s services without any refund.
5.3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any instructions or interpretations of these Terms regarding the Sale, these Terms shall prevail.
5.4. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of the jurisdiction applicable to the State of Delaware, United States.
