A dedicated IP is a private IP address that is only associated with your sender address–which gives you full control of your sender reputation.
Getting a dedicated IP is ideal for high-volume senders who meet the following criteria:
The account least one authenticated domain
The account sends a minimum of 50,000 emails on a weekly basisÂ
To request a dedicated IP, get in touch with a Customer Success Manager to request a preliminary assessment to find out if your account would benefit from its own IP address.
If your assessment determines that your account would be suited to a dedicated IP, our deliverability team will take care of enabling and warming up your IP.
