Job description

We're looking for a dynamic person with excellent people skills to help our customers with daily issues including: answering questions about features and integrations, creating newsletters and managing subscribers. Moreover, you will be reviewing customer accounts to make sure they comply with our anti-spam policy.

Communication with customers is by email and chat. Delivering a WOW experience through customer support is our primary value.

You could work from our fun office in Vilnius or remotely. Whatever works best for you. We use a few tools to stay connected as a team like Slack, Basecamp and 15five.

We are looking to fill two shifts: Monday-Friday 10 AM-6 PM and Monday-Friday 5 PM-1 AM (EET time zone). Every once in a while a Saturday shift might be required.


  • Fluent in English (any other languages, especially Russian, Lithuanian and Spanish would be a big advantage, so don't forget to mention them)
  • Quick learner and problem solver

  • Ability to interact comfortably with a wide variety of customers with varying technical skill levels
