This Customer Interview Terms (hereinafter, “Terms”) applies to all MailerLite customers (hereinafter, “Customer”) and determines the purpose, process and other details related to interviewing the Customers (hereinafter, “Interview”).
1.1. The purpose of the Interview is to acquire comprehensive audience insights to help improve MailerLite products and develop future product releases.
2. 1. The Interview can be initiated via a pop-up field that appears to the Customers automatically when opening MailerLite’s application and invites them to participate in the Interview, or by sending emails to selected Customers to ask if they’d like to participate in the Interview. The Interview is arranged as a video call with the Customer.
3.1. During a recorded video call session, Customers will be queried about their experiences with MailerLite and asked for improvement suggestions. MailerLite’s team members, conducting the Interview, have a right to ask additional related questions to the Customer.
3.2. In case of approaching the Customers via email, participation in the Interview will be promoted by MailerLite through email addresses of the selected Customers
3.3. Regardless of the approach towards the Customer (a pop-up field or email), the Customer will be asked to fill in the Interview registration form and agree with these Terms in order to be able to participate.
3.4. All Interviews will be conducted online via Zoom or another digital meeting platform. By participating in the Interview sessions, Customers agree that these video calls will be recorded.
3.5. The Interview sessions will be recorded exclusively for internal purposes such as review and analysis by the MailerLite team to ensure a thorough evaluation of the gathered insights. MailerLite ensures the deletion of the records as soon as there is no further purpose to store them, but in any case no later than within 2 years.
4.1. MailerLite has a right to choose whether a particular Customer will be rewarded for participating in an Interview session. In any case, the Customer will be informed prior to the Interview whether participation will be rewarded or not and what are the reward options.
4.2. In order to receive a reward, the Customer has to participate in a recorded Interview session. Customers who do not agree to record the session or answer the questions asked during the session, shall be disqualified from receiving the reward.
4.3. In case MailerLite decides to offer gift cards or other digital products as rewards for participation in the Interview sessions, awards for participating will be provided to Customers’ email addresses. The gift card or other digital award will be issued to the Customer within 14 calendar days of participating in the Interview session.
5.1. MailerLite assumes no responsibility for applications that are lost, stolen, late, delayed, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or for the failure, interruption, or delay of any email or other communication to be received, for any reason; problems with the function of any website or website feature howsoever caused; the malfunction of, or damage caused to, computer equipment, data or software, online systems, servers, or access providers; any functionality lost due to not having cookies enabled; traffic congestion on the Internet; the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks; or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third-party computer “hackers”.
6.1. Please read MailerLite’s Privacy Policy, Security Statement and Cookie Policy to learn more about how we process and protect personal data in accordance with good industry practice.
6.2. By participating in the Interview, you agree and confirm your consent that MailerLite is allowed to process your personal data (name, surname, email address, and/or any other information provided) for the purpose of participation in the Interview.
7.1. Negotiations shall settle any disputes arising from participating in the Interviews. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in the Interviews shall be finally settled by the courts of the jurisdiction applicable to the MailerLite entity responsible for providing services in the Customer’s billing address country.
8.1. If, for any reason, the Interview is not capable of running as planned, it may be terminated at MailerLite’s sole discretion.
8.2. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any instructions or interpretation of these Terms regarding the participation in the Interview, these Terms shall prevail.
8.3. These Terms are subject to change at MailerLite’s sole discretion. If MailerLite decides to change these Terms, all changes will be posted on this page. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and we suggest that you check these Terms periodically.
By participating in the Interviews, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
