We’re looking for an Integrations Engineer who can help implement and coordinate solutions across a variety of our products (MailerLite, MailerSend, MailerCheck, and upcoming ones). We are looking for a person who can work across different projects, implement and maintain third party integrations with third party providers and platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, Zapier among many others). What you will work on
Develop and maintain public APIs: Build new API endpoints and improve existing ones to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability for developers who integrate with our platform.
Work on e-commerce plugins: Maintain, improve, and develop plugins for platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and others. Ensure they stay compatible with platform updates, are easy to install, and provide a seamless user experience.
Build and improve third-party integrations: Develop and enhance integrations with third-party services. Focus on reliability, data accuracy, and efficient syncing between systems.
Collaborate on technical planning and problem-solving: Participate in planning discussions to architect new features, solve technical challenges, and improve developer experience both internally and externally.
Handle integration-related customer support: Assist customers and the support team with technical issues related to integrations — debugging problems, analyzing API requests/responses, and providing solutions or fixes.
What we expect from you
4+ years of experience with Laravel, Vue.js, PHP Core, JavaScript, and HTML
Good knowledge of PHP frameworks (we mostly use Laravel) and Vue.js
Experience with AJAX, JSON and JSONP concepts
Extensive knowledge of how APIs work
Investigative mind - this position requires thinking out of the box
Ability to write clean code with test coverage and to build scalable applications
Familiarity with SQL and how to write good queries
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in writing WordPress plugins and/or Shopify apps is a bonus
4-hour overlap required with CET timezone

Yearly gross salary range: $50,000-$70,000

I’m Gaurang, Integrations Engineering Team Lead at MailerLite. I’ve been with the company for almost 3 years. I enjoy building things, whether it’s software, tools, or systems that solve real problems. Outside of coding, you’ll often find me in a flight simulator. The things I value most are clear communication, honesty, and ownership. Our team lives by solving meaningful problems, keeping things simple, and taking responsibility for what we build.
