Once someone has successfully signed up to your email list, you can find them on the Subscribers page under the All subscribers tab.
Checking the subscriber group
When you create a form or landing page to collect email addresses, you select a group into which subscribers of that form will be added. To find subscribers who were added to a specific group after completing a form:
Navigate to the Subscribers page.
Click on the Groups tab.
If you’re not sure which group you selected, follow these steps to find out:
Navigate to the Forms (or the Sites page if you’re looking for landing page or website subscribers).
Click on the Overview button of your form or site.
You will find the Groups section on the right-hand side of the page. Click on Edit groups if you want to change the group(s) associated with the form or site.
Checking form analytics
If you have multiple forms connected to the same group, you can identify subscribers who signed up via each form by checking its analytics. To do so:
Navigate to the Forms (or the Sites page if you’re looking for landing page or website subscribers).
Click on the Overview button of your form or site.
Click on the Analytics tab.
Here you’ll find form statistics and the list of subscribers who completed the form. Keep in mind that the list includes all form submissions, including unconfirmed subscribers.
