New clients joining MailerLite automatically get a 14-day free trial to try premium features that are available on our paid plans, so you can see which tools are the most useful for your business.
Note: MailerLite's premium trial is immediately applied once you register a new account, so it is not necessary to add any payment methods or purchase a plan to take advantage of the trial.
If a Comfort or Power is purchased during the 14-day trial period, the trial will automatically expire as the new plan starts the billing cycle.
Trial limit overview
During your 14-day premium trial, you can add up to 250 subscribers and send up to 2,500 emails. Test emails don't count toward the 2,500-email limit.
🔔 Important
These limits apply to accounts created after June 16, 2026. If your account was created prior, your existing trial limits apply for the remainder of your trial period.
Features included in the 14-day free trial
The free trial allows you to test features from both the Comfort and Power plans; however, not all paid features are available during the trial period.
Live Chat support is available during the first 14 days for everyone.

Email sending
New MailerLite clients who sign up with a custom domain can send their first email campaigns without completing domain authentication. This allows you to test the full sending flow right away while you finish setting up your MailerLite DNS records.
Keep in mind, this is available only during the 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, you’ll need to authenticate your domain to continue sending campaigns. Once you authenticate your domain with MailerLite, sending continues as usual.

Authenticating your domain helps email providers (like Gmail or Outlook) verify that you’re a trusted sender. It improves your email deliverability, ensures your messages don’t land in spam, and protects your brand’s reputation.

What happens when my free trial ends?
When your trial ends, no data in your account will be lost or deleted, however, your account will revert to the Free plan. Free plan limits will apply and you will no longer have access to paid features, such as the Preference center, Unsubscribe page builder, Auto Resend campaigns, and others.
Keep in mind that any automations with multiple triggers will stop working once the free trial expires, and you will need to upgrade to the Power plan to restart them.
You will still have access to all the features available in our Free plan, following the plan limits:

How to upgrade your plan
Head to the Account settings page.
Choose Plan and billing.
Click Upgrade.
Select the plan that best suits your needs.
